All images available on Pixplet.com are provided under this free content license, allowing users to:

  • ✅ Use images without attribution (although crediting Pixplet is appreciated but not required).

This license applies to both AI-generated images and real photographs available on Pixplet.com.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

  • Pixplet offers both AI-generated and real photographs. While many images are AI-created, some are authentic photographs.
  • Pixplet does not claim exclusive ownership of all images, but provides them under this free content license.
  • Users do not claim authorship of the original images but may create derivative works.
  • Attribution is optional but appreciated as “Image by Pixplet.com”.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Pixplet.com provides images “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Pixplet does not guarantee that the images are free of third-party rights, such as trademarks, recognizable people, or copyrighted designs.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
